How long does setup take?+
About 10 minutes. Create your school, invite instructors by email, they set their own availability. You're ready to take bookings.
Does Steerly take a cut of lesson fees?+
No. You pay one flat monthly subscription. 100% of lesson fees go directly to your school's Stripe account — Steerly never touches that money.
What payment processor do you use?+
Stripe Connect. Your school connects its own Stripe account during signup. Lessons are charged to the learner's card, payouts arrive in your account directly.
Can my instructors set their own hours?+
Yes. Each instructor logs in and sets their own recurring weekly hours plus one-off exceptions (holidays, extra weekend sessions).
What about cancellations and refunds?+
You configure your refund policy per booking window (>48h full refund, 24-48h half, <24h no refund — or change to suit). Steerly handles the maths and the Stripe refund automatically.
Is this GDPR compliant?+
Yes. All data is hosted in EU (London), with strict tenant isolation, encrypted sensitive PII, and per-learner data export + deletion endpoints.
